According to users of the Travel site Trivago, the Best 3 Star Hotel in Greece for 2017 goes to the Hotel Eleonas (www.eleonas.gr) in Zaros, Heraklion in Crete.
There are 10 categories for awards in Greece and the Company looks for accommodation that strives to “raise the bar” in overall standards and services available.
Trivago’s Managing Director Mr. Johannes Thomas who spoke at the awards said that the Company receives as many as 175,000 comments and critiques from it’s users all over the world each year and they then analyze this data to select the winners.
The Hotel Eleonas is situated in the shadows of the Psiloritis mountain range in an area rich in olive groves, herbs that grow naturally and appears to be a small, local stone built village nestling amongst all the magical secrets of nature that the visitors can enjoy.
