We all know that the shelter where the stray dogs of Agios Nikolaos are “housed” is not at all suitable, but some people are still throwing other animals into there, when no one is present.
Today, Marios found a very young puppy which hd been tragically killed by the other dogs, who saw it as foreign to the pack and attacked it.
Marios begs you: PLEASE DON’T THROW ANYMORE ANIMALS IN THE SHELTER!!
**** And please, don’t forget that the Council are still looking for volunteers to help Marios, and who will be able to contribute to running the shelter in a more professional way. This will ensure the safety and the health of the animals, whilst the Mayor has promised to take over the funding of all the needs for food, water,drugs and vaccinations.
