Chania restaurant amongst best in Greece

The criteria for the restaurants that would take part in the initial voting process were exceptionally strict. 27,000 members of Estiatoria.gr and the general public had the vote.

The “Pallas” Restaurant within the Venetian Harbour walls of the old town of Chania, was awarded the title of being amongst the best restaurants in the whole of Greece, in the new national event of “Estiatoria.gr Premium Awards 2017”

The award ceremony took place in Athens, with a glittering reception in the presence of journalists, media personalities, renowned chefs and well known business men.

After the preliminary selection process, all the competitors came face to face with a network of food and taste experts who collaborate with Estiatoria.gr . They were put through a series of tests, in order to make the awards to the differing categories, in the geographical areas in which they belong.

The “Estiatoria.gr Premium Awards”, are the first PanHellenic Awards based on a more democratic process and they mark a milestone in the Greek gastronomy. The institution covers all food categories and each operation associated with it, including suppliers, who are one of the most important factors in good food production.
