A 55 year old man lost his life yesterday, under tragic circumstances.
The very well known in the area of Messaras lottery ticket seller, Kostis Koukoubedakis, was involved in an accident as he walked along the road on Tuesday afternoon.
According to a information in an article by neakriti.gr, the accident happened on the straight section of the road at Kaparianon, just before Moires, where as yet unknown how, a bus hit the man as he walked along.
An ambulance which happened to be passing by, stopped at the scene to help the injured 55 year old, who was from the village of Galia, and they then took him to the Moires Health Centre.
It was already too late for the unlucky man, as he had already died of the injuries he sustained in the accident. The bus driver was also in a state of shock.
