According to a report in holidaynews.gr, the Nikos Kazantzakis Airport in Heraklion is the next target – destination for Ryanair.
The Company, following the figures on movement of passengers, demand for flights and the development potential, against the expensive tickets prices of the other airlines that are active in the country, see a gap which they could take advantage of.
The fact is, that the passenger traffic of Eastern Crete has been waiting for an announcement to this effect for a long time now, not being able to easily pay the high prices for flights, especially to Athens.
