Yesterday evening, Saturday 13th May 2017, the Kritsa Cultural Centre “LATO”, the people of Kritsa (and not only) turned out to honour fellow resident of Kritsa, Nigel Ratcliffe, for the presentation of his book, “The Song of the “Kritsotopoula” – “The song of the little girl from Kritsa”.
The Cultural Society of Kritsa, announced that, “today, 13th May 2017 in the Cultural Centre “LATO”, Nigel Ratcliffe will be presenting his book “The Song of the Kritsotopoula”.
In an emotional for all, atmosphere, residents and local officials of Kritsa spoke of the “man-angel” and thanked him for everything he has done for Kritsa. Nigel Ratcliffe in turn, thanked the local community and the officials for their support.
The Cultural Society of Kritsa announced that in the immediate future, they will award their “angel” – their angel sculptor, their angel author, their angel person, the title of honorary citizen of Kritsa, as a means of thanking him for his contribution to their village!
