With a whole page article, for the anniversary edition of the ANEK Ferry Boat Company’s magazine, the beaches of Agios Nikolaos will now travel, with the Company’s passengers.
The Council of Agios Nikolaos put the article forward, to give those travelling, a sample of the beauty of our area and in support of ANEK itself, which, on many occasions has help with the transportation of people and events that the Council has been involved in.
The article shows a picture from above of Almyros Beach, and the surrounding wetlands, as an example of the 26 beaches in our area, that all have been awarded “Blue Flags”, for their crystal clear waters.
