As with previous similar initiatives organised by the Cultural Society of Kritsa, the call for volunteer blood donors this week, saw an impressive response!
Members of the Society wanted to send their own message:
“In response to the invitation to enrich the stock of the areas bloodbank, 50 donors came forward to give blood, in order to help their fellow citizens. The encouraging fact was that apart from old, regular donors, who are always loyal to their duty, we have many new, young people coming forward, and their numbers are growing every time. We thank them from the heart!
We also want to thank the Blood Donation Department of Agios Nikolaos, and especially, the doctor and fellow Kritsa resident Mr. Michalis Dialynas, the Senior Nurse, Litsa and all of the nursing staff who worked hard and continue to do so, with a passion for the job they do and the result they strive for.
Thank you all!!”
