Under a programme of social actions and activities in the area of lassithi, the Local Management Group have made a very important donation to the General Hospital of Agios Nikolaos.
In a co-operation between the National Police Union and “Bluegr A.E.” the group of hotels in Agios Nikolaos, which include Candia Park Village, Minos Palace and Minos Beach art hotel,
a large number of blankets was donated today, 30.1.2016 to the Head of the Pediatric Clinic of the hospital.
Following a meeting in early November between the National Police Union representative and the Head of the Pediatric clinic, the Local Management group was advised of the serious shortage of blankets for the children in care on the clinic. it was decided that this would be an ideal area of action for the programme. In this way, Ms. Gina Mamidaki of the Bluegr A.E. hotels group and the NPU made the very generous donation.
Both Parties have assured their presence in all future needs and areas of action in the local community.
