“Crazy about Crete” declare those who visit here, according to the “awards” for top destinations, published recently by the the website TripAdvisor.
In a list of the top 25 destinations for 2017, based on the opinions of millions of their users, a Greek island is placed in the top ten.
And that island is Crete! In fact, it is in sixth position and amongst many, very popular and exotic destinations, with Bali, Indonesia, being at the very top of the list.
In compiling this list, TripAdvisor uses algorithms that take into account, the quantity and the quality of the ratings given by customers worldwide, for hotels, restaurants, and sights, in destinations all over the world, but also with reservations made through the site.
