Ελπίζουμε να είστε καλά, εν μέσω πρωτόγνωρων συνθηκών λόγω του κορωνοϊού. Επικοινωνούμε για να σας ενημερώνουμε για το νέο νομοσχέδιο που επηρεάζει σημαντικά τη δόμηση των οικοπέδων που βρίσκονται εκτός πόλεων και εκτός οικισμών. Πολλά από τα οικόπεδα δεν θα μπορούν πλέον να οικοδομηθούν σε περίπου ένα μήνα που το νομοσχέδιο θα ψηφιστεί. Κάποια θα χάσουν τη δυνατότητα αυτή άμεσα και κάποια εντός δύο ετών. We hope that you are all well and healthy, despite the covid -19 crisis. We sent you this email, in order to inform you regarding a new law, which will soon be voted by the Greek Parliament and affects the ability to build , for many plots located outside the boundaries of cities and settlements. After approximately one month, when the law will be voted, many of the abovementioned plots will no longer be buildable and will only be used for agricultural purposes. Many plots will immediatelly stop being buildable and some other within two years.
